    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Final sale items, including items purchased with a discount code or reduced rate, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchange of items may be eligible on a case by case basis.

    • For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • For returns due to damaged or defective items, Mad Theories will cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. Store Credit Refund:

    • We offer any refunds in the form of store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and never expires.
